Buying bundles
How do I buy a bundle?
Pick a bundle, tap Buy, enter your M-PESA number and tap Pay with M-PESA. You'll get a prompt on your phone: enter your M-PESA PIN to pay.
How long until I get my bundle?
Usually a few minutes after you pay. You'll get an SMS when it has been sent.
Can I buy for someone else?
Yes. Tick "Send the bundle to another number" and enter their Safaricom number. The M-PESA prompt still comes to your phone.
Why didn't I get the M-PESA prompt?
Check that the number is right and your phone is on, then try again. If the payment did not go through, no money was taken.
Can I buy the same bundle twice in a day?
Bingwa bundles can usually be bought once a day per number. If you need more, choose a different bundle or another number.
I paid but haven't received my bundle
Open the link to your order to see its status. If it has been more than 30 minutes, contact us with your M-PESA reference.
